Share Your Hair!

Saturday July 12th
We would like to thank Laura, Marissa, Lori, Madison & Michelle for donating
their beautiful long hair to make wigs for kids with cancer.
We would also like to thank other the 3 children and 2 women who sent
their incredible donations in to us.
Together we were able to donate over 100 inches of hair!
Tanya, Gaby’s mom, has been growing her hair since before Gaby was diagnosed.
Gaby loved to pretend that mom’s long hair was her own after the chemo took all
of hers. This was our motivation behind making wigs for kids with cancer.
Every child battling cancer should have the chance to feel “normal” even for
only moments at a time.
We would also like to thank the House of Miss Rose for hosting this event
and making us all feel at home.
The House of Miss Rose and the foundation will be working together to provide
wigs and hair pieces for kids who are battling cancer.

Garage Sale 'Fun'draiser Extravaganza & PoCo Fire Department Car Wash!
Thank you to all who came out on Saturday to support our
Garage Sale Extravaganza & Car Wash
With your help we were able to raise $10,243.47 to help families affected by childhood cancer.
Congratulations to Joyce, Alanya, Venicia, Angela, Sara and Linda of Coquitlam, Teodora of Maple Ridge and Mike of Vancouver
for taking home the raffle prizes. Also a big thank you to Olivia who had the winning bid on the Norco Girl's Bike Silent Auction!
We are very grateful to the many people and sponsors who volunteered their time and donated goods to make
this event a great success!
And a very special thank you to Craig Mah and the staff at Coquitlam River Elementary
for letting us take over many rooms at the school and to the PoCo fire department for all their hard work in
getting many many vehicles cleaned up and looking good!
